Acoustic Systems Music Practice Rooms
Following recent discussions with ETS Lindgren of Austin, Texas, USA, we are pleased to announce that we have been chosen as distributors and installers for Acoustic Systems range of Music Practice Rooms. Acoustic Systems have provided literally thousands of modular acoustic rooms to schools, colleges and universities in the USA and we are delighted to be able to promote their products in the UK and Europe. DoItForCharity 5km Santa Run
Along with 2,000 other runners, Sunday 6th December saw Kestrel's very own Andy Russell (he's the chap at the back) take part in the DoItForCharity 5km Santa Run in Greenwich Park. We are pleased to have been able to sponsor Andy, who donned his Santa Suit along with the rest of the Cardiomyopathy Association team, to raise funds for such a worthwhile cause. (December 2009)

University of the West of Scotland
To meet the demands of an expanding music department, within the School of Creative and Cultural Industries, Kestrel Acoustics have constructed a large modular recording studio and control room facility. Construction commenced in August and is scheduled for completion in time for the new September semester. (August 2009)

British High Commission, Abuja, Nigeria
Following an approach, from UK consultants Koiza International, we provided a proposal, for the supply and installation of acoustic treatment for a multi-media facility, at the British High Commission in Abuja, Nigeria. Following a subsequent invitation, to carry out a site survey to confirm details, we are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the contract and expect to commence work on site in May of this year. Southbank Centre
Full marks for imaginative use of our dance flooring must be given to the Southbank Centre, who created a wonderful ‘cracked ice’ effect in the Clore Ballroom using the white side of our Reversible Dance Floor. Edenbridge United FC
The company is delighted to be sponsoring Edenbridge United Under 16's team for the forthcoming season. The club has a long history and runs several junior teams, with the Under 16's playing in the Tandridge Junior Football League. We wish them every success for the season ahead. (August 2008)

Universal Acoustics
We are pleased to announce that, from August 2008, we have been appointed as an official distributor of Universal Acoustics foam products. The Universal Acoustics range of tile absorbers and bass traps, is a welcome addition to the Kestrel Acoustics portfolio and the company looks forward to introducing further Universal Acoustic products, over the coming months. New Location
Having outgrown our original Hartfield base, the decision was taken early in 2008 to find a slightly larger unit with better vehicle access. We were very fortunate that premises on the Breezehurst Farm Industrial Park in Edenbridge became available soon after we started looking. We were able to move in at the beginning of March and we now look forward to the next stage of our development. (March 2008)
